Delete your RadioGard account

You can request deletion of your RadioGard account and associated personal data at any time. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

How to request deletion

1. Open the RadioGard app and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Alternatively, you can email us from your account email address at contact@radiogard.com with subject Account deletion request.

What is deleted

• Account identifiers (email, name, social IDs if linked)
• Preferences and settings
• Newsletter subscription and consent records
• Station unlock associations
• User feedback you submitted

What may be retained

• Purchase receipts and billing records required for legal/accounting compliance (retention up to 10 years depending on jurisdiction)
• Security and anti-fraud logs (short retention)
• Aggregated analytics that cannot identify you

Timing

Account deletion is processed immediately when requested through the app. Some records subject to legal retention may be stored for the required period before being safely disposed of.
